Here are a couple of tips about creating, and submitting artwork for your sign.
When it comes to cedar signs it’s all black and white.
The sandblast technique is a oneway process carving into the wood.
When developing your sign design think in terms of UP and Down;
Outside border up – background down – letter up.

Before submitting your digital artwork

1. Change all fonts to curves or line art
2. Send us vector file formats – .ai – .eps – .dxf – .cdl or .cdr
3. Confirm overall dimensions
4. single sided or double
5. finished or unfinished


To ensure we build exactly what you want – all sign stencil is cut and carved directly from the file we recieved from you. If we are finishing your sign, include a .jpg rendering of design along with corresponding pantone colour numbers.
